Is God calling you to serve at St. John’s?

St. John’s is seeking two passionate ministry leaders to join our staff: a Director of Family Ministries and a Youth Minister. These new positions emerge from the division of a single role, allowing each ministry area to receive focused leadership and care.

The Director of Family Ministries will oversee ministries with children from infancy through fifth grade and provide overall coordination of faith formation for children and youth. The Youth Minister will lead and nurture our ministry with students in grades 6–12.

Both positions offer the opportunity to serve in a vibrant, youthful congregation and to help shape ministries marked by meaningful participation, strong volunteer engagement, and thoughtful growth. St. John’s is currently partnering with Ministry Architects in an ongoing season of consultation and renewal, creating an exciting environment for innovation and collaboration.

Our congregation is growing, hopeful, and supported by stable leadership. We are praying for gifted individuals who feel called to join us in forming disciples of Jesus Christ—disciples who worship, learn, serve, and share the Gospel.

Could God be calling you to serve at St. John’s? We would love to hear from you.

The DFM is the primary children’s minister for the church, resourcing programs from infancy to grade 5. He or she collaborates with and supervises the Youth Minister, who guides youth programs for grades 6-12.
