Financial Administrator

Rhonda Gardner is our Finance Administrator for St. John’s. Rhonda’s responsibilities consist of preparing Sunday offering and miscellaneous receipt deposits, posting donations to individual parish member records and preparing contribution statements. Rhonda pays all invoices, processes payroll, pays and files federal and state taxes. She works closely with the church treasurer and prepares monthly financial reports as well as other detailed reports to track trends and analysis for the Finance Ministry Team, Vestry and Stewardship Committee. Rhonda also directs and assists in budget preparation and its overall process. She is the contact for all financial inquiries, both internally and externally.
